I used the Gravity Form titled “Home Care Assistance – Careers”. The form I created has the “-” dash in the name.
Ben I need you to:
1. remove the progress bar (that says step 1 of 2 50%) from this gravity form
2. Make sure the Google tracking pixel works correctly. If you choose “Option #1 – Apply Online With a Resume” you upload your resume, then fill out some basic information then click the “submit” button. It then takes “Last Step to Complete Your Application Page” http://hcautah.com/last-step-complete-application. I placed the Google tracking pixel on this page.
I also added a button that links to https://hcasaltlake.clearcareonline.com/apply/ to complete the detailed job application.
I made this page into a builder template called “Brandon Job App Template”. You can just apply this template to the page we are presently using for job applications ppc and it will change the page with one setting. Under “Select a Layout” on the wordpress page just choose “Brandon Job App Template”
