Brad AndersonOwner/MBA


Brad, along with his wife Melissa, is the co-owner of Home Care Assistance of Utah. Brad spent 15 years in the Accounting and Finance industry at an international accounting firm and investment bank before joining his wife Melissa on a full-time basis at Home Care Assistance of Utah. He enjoys building and leading teams that are highly trained and committed to exceeding expectations. Brad has a passion for caring for the senior community and is focused on changing the way the world ages. He enjoys the opportunities he has to be a resource to seniors and their families as they explore care options.
Brad graduated with a B.S. in Accounting and later earned an MBA from Utah State University. He enjoys reading biographies, sports, and travelling.

Melissa AndersonOwner/CSA

Melissa, along with her husband Brad, is the co-owner of Home Care Assistance. Melissa began her career as a teacher at a high school in Las Vegas. She quickly became one of the most respected teachers in her Department due to her compassion and drive to see her students overcome obstacles and find success. There she piloted a program encouraging on-the-fence students to pursue college admission. She was the Head Coach of the women’s varsity volleyball team. Soon after moving to Utah, she and her parents started Home Care Assistance to help the ageing population to receive the necessary care to age at home. Melissa has quickly become a highly-sought after and respected professional in the senior care industry due to her breadth of knowledge, tireless work ethnic, and compassion for aging adults.
Melissa graduated with a B.S. in Secondary Education and is a Certified Senior Advisor. She loves Summertime, spending time with her children, and beach vacations.

Geoff MackeyClient Care Manager

Geoff has worked in the care industry for 3 years as an HR Representative, Scheduler, and Client Care Manager. Prior to joining Home Care Assistance of Utah, Geoff spent 6 years working in the plasma industry in various roles including Phlebotomy Technician, Training Lead and Management. Geoff has a passion for the care industry and enjoys helping others who have a difficult time caring for themselves. Geoff is currently pursuing a nursing degree in hopes to grow his knowledge and remain in this industry for years to come.

At Home Care Assistance of Utah, Geoff wears many hats. He enjoys building relationships with clients and their families and serving them in their homes. He spends time getting to know our clients to ensure that they receive the highest quality of care. In his spare time Geoff enjoys hiking, playing instruments, traveling and spending time with his wife and daughter.

Breann BushEmployee Care Manager

Breann has experience working with seniors for the past 7 years. Her passion for senior care began when she was child and would volunteer at her local assisted living home in Minnesota. In the Summer of 2017, Breann obtained her CNA license to further her passion of caring for seniors. From the beginning of her working experience with the elderly she has spent a majority of her time working in memory care, helping those with Alzhiemers, Dementia, and Parkinson’s with all activities of daily living. Breann wears many hats but her primary focus is on hiring, training, and building the best team of caregivers in Utah!
She is currently a college student studying Human Resources. In her downtime she enjoys going on hikes with her dog Rose, camping, and spending time with family.

Korin VanSambeekAccounting Specialist

Korin has always enjoyed working with numbers. In school, she excelled in math and, at an early age, ended up working as the accountant in her family’s business. Since then, she has performed accounting and HR related functions for a restaurant, a bookkeeping firm and Home Care Assistance. Korin takes great satisfaction working in the senior care industry and shares our passion of providing superior care.
Korin is actively involved in her church and generously volunteers numerous hours each week to her congregation. She enjoys traveling, camping, theater, and spending time with her husband.
